
The Guidance for April: to Breathe
You are always breathing.
It is not possible for you to stop yourself from breathing.
Even if you hold your breath, your body wants breath to come back in.
Breathing is an automatic experience; something you do not need to give thought or energy to.
Your incredible body breathes for you and here is how you can breathe with your body and create a closer connection with your guardian angel.
Breathing in a way which is called rib breathing.
Rib breathing is a very specific, very clear and calm process which simultaneously calms your nervous system and creates a state of healing and well-being and provides a space for connection with your guardian angel; naturally.
Rib breathing will create a rhythm and a beautiful process for you which will improve all things.
Rib breathing allows for you to create your new reality from a place of calm, a place of peace, a place of love, and a place of comfort and safety.
All of the ingredients of everything you've ever wanted, simply through breathing.
Rib breathing is breathing in through your nose.
And breathing out through your nose.
Rib breathing is directing air into your lower ribs.
Rib breathing is directing air to the space inside of you which creates an expansion.
As the ribs expanded and make space you send safety signals to your brain.
Signals that you are safe.
Your brain receives a signal to regulate your heartbeat.
You are able to enter a state of being called rest and digest; a healing, positively creating your new reality way of being, simply through breath.
And so I invite you to practise this with me now.
Wherever you are, this can be done.
Your eyes can be open or closed.
If your eyes are to be open, have them focused on a single point.
Give your attention to one thing.
As darting eyes, distracted eyes, are counterproductive to this process.
If it is possible, you can close your eyes.
And breathing in through your nose, directing the air to your lower ribs,
Then enjoying that beautiful turning-of-the-wave pause that happens
and then gently and softly allowing that air back out through your nose.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
Breathe in through your nose for four.
One, two, three, four.
And breathe out through your nose for five.
One, two, three, four, five.
Breath in calm
And breathe out tension.
Breathe in peace
And breathe out tightness.
Breathe in healing
And breathe out discomfort.
Breathe in love
And breathe out and let go of resistance to love.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Good.
This is rib breathing.
You have already taken steps to experience it
And you know that your body is always breathing.
Help your body and create a closer connection with your guardian angel.
Find calm, find peace, find healing and find love through rib breathing this month.
Whenever you remember,
As you fall asleep or before you rise.
When you sit with your loved ones or when you relax and meditate.
Simply rib breathing.
My simple loving, manageable guidance for this month ahead is to breathe.
And so it is.
