
Stop Thinking, Start Feeling
The message this month is to stop thinking and start feeling.
Stop being in the ego, the mind, the analysing, the processing, the trying to work it out, and start being in the heart, in the feeling centre from which creation is most positively experienced, on every level.
I ask you to practise this with me now through a process of becoming aware.
Where are you when you feel yourself in your body?
Where is your emphasis? Where is your energy? Where are you?
Are you in your head?
Are you in your skull, your brain, your face? Are you in your shoulders?
Is your awareness in your stomach area?
Or are you in your heart? Glide into your heart with me now.
Place your hand on your heart centre and reorientate yourself into your heart centre space. Be in your feeling centre.
Be in the space which it is so easy to retreat from.
Be in the space where positive creation occurs aligned with your true purpose. Be in the frequency of who you have come here to be, your connection with your guardian angel.
The message is to feel. To feel what is right, not think what is right.
To feel what is next, not think what is next.
To feel your forward movement and direction, not to think and to plan what it may be.
Feeling can be switched off easily and turned off and pushed away.
Feeling may be in your past associated with pain, with challenge, with opening and feeling disappointment or being let down.
This is feeling from self.
The feeling I speak of is feeling through and from your heat centre.
This feeling is powerful and unchanging. Unaffected and uninfluenced by your past, present or future.
And so I ask you, where are you now?
Where do you feel yourself now in your body?
Where are you when you become aware of where your energy is centred and focused?
Reorientate. Glide into your heart centre space.
Feel this space physically with your hand. Allow the mind to soften, relinquish its control and allow yourself to feel your way into your heart centre again.
Feel the centre of peace, the centre of presentness, the centre of now.
Be there. And as you practise this, I ask you to consider, broadly or specifically, a matter in your life which your mind has been chomping and chewing over.
Bring it into your heart and feel what is right.
Feel what you know to be true.
My friend, focus upon not thinking, but instead feeling, and allow that to guide you.
And through feeling, your connection with your guardian angel can work alongside and guide you.
And so it is.
